Nonmetal machining services
We assess nonmetal parts against material, geometry and fit requirements. Our in-house equipment includes drilling and tapping centers; metal parts can also be discussed.
Materials
PEEK is a key focus. Other nonmetal materials are reviewed against the drawing and specification.
Process scope
Drilling, tapping and suitable structural machining on drilling and tapping centers. Dimensions and process capability are confirmed per part.
How we work
Send drawings, material, quantity and operating conditions to discuss feasibility, sampling and batches.

XIPA supplies selected Huitian thread locking adhesives. Specific grades, substrates and application methods should be confirmed against product documents and actual conditions.
